Why Hays Academy of Hair Design?

A Wella Signature School when there were only fourteen.
2009. Out of every cosmetology school in the United States, fourteen carried the designation. One of them was in Hays, Kansas.

Salina opened its doors in 2012.
Nearly 7,500 square feet remodeled on South 5th Street, opened to the first transfer students eager to finish the dream they started.

Family-owned and run since 2003.
Summer Melvin and Danielle Markley bought the school with one vision: an up-to-date education. Danielle was named Wella's Regional Educator of the Year in 2016.
